Helping you find your way through developmental transitions.

Grief Therapy

As a grief specialist, I offer a wide range of approaches to those in deep grief. Intensive grief practice has made me adept in helping people discern which approach they naturally align with. Learn more about Grief Therapy

Induced After Death Communication

Induced After Death Communication (IADC) is a therapeutic intervention that grew out of trauma therapist Dr. Alan Botkin’s four decades of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy practice with war veterans in Chicago. When Dr. Botkin modified the EMDR protocol to allow for a rest break, a large percentage of his patients spontaneously experienced what they described as an encounter with their beloved dead. Find out more about IADC.

Eco-Grief Therapy

As a grief counseling specialist with a great love for the natural world, I have been working for the past decade with persons who – like me – are deeply disturbed about the state of our planet. Furthermore, the wounding of the web of life is something in which we ourselves have unwittingly/wittingly participated, and this makes our grief complicated. Work with me to re-wild your heart.

As an End of Life Counseling specialist who works with those with either life-limiting illness or life-threatening illness or terminal illness, I offer a range of approaches. Find out more about EOL.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy

My Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) practice is focused on assisting those who are facing life-threatening/life-limiting illnesses – and – on those who are mourning the loss of a loved one to death. See if KAP is right for you.

Midlife is a time of great transition – and often great losses. It was not meant to be borne alone. If you are seeking a guide through the midlife transition (late thirties for some – mid fifties for others). Allow me to guide you.
